Description
10 North Crescent in Garlieston is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house. It features painted rubble walling with painted raised margins. The central entrance has double-leaf panelled doors topped with a fanlight. The windows are all single light uPVC sash and case types with plate glass glazing, which is unauthorized. The house has sandstone skews, skewputts, and a ridge, along with coped end stacks and a well-maintained graded slate roof. There are also two modern rooflights. At the rear, there is a two-storey piend-roofed projection covered with Rubberoid tiles. The property includes cast-iron rainwater goods.
