Description
15 North Crescent in Garlieston is a late 18th century, 2-storey, 3-bay house that underwent refronting in the early 19th century along with some alterations from that period. The building features painted rubble walling and a boulder basecourse. It has an off-centre door, and all windows are single light, sash and case with 4-pane glazing on the ground floor and 12-pane glazing on the first floor. The eaves level was raised during the refronting, and there is a parapet with a sandstone blocking course. At the rear, there is a single-storey wing covered with slate. The house is topped with a good graded slate roof.
