Description
1A Smith's Wynd in Jedburgh is a late 18th-century, three-storey, two-bay house constructed from cream rubble sandstone. It features ashlar margins and cills, with windows in each bay. The ground floor has a two-leaf door with a two-pane letterbox fanlight located in the right bay. The second-floor windows are positioned under the eaves.
The house has timber sash and case windows, with plate glass on the ground floor, 12-pane windows on the first floor, and 9-pane windows on the second floor. It also includes a brick stack and gablehead, and is roofed with grey slates.
