Description
14 North Crescent in Garlieston is a house from the later 18th century, featuring two storeys and four bays. The exterior is finished with roughcast walling, accented by painted margins, a basecourse, and corner angles. The long elevation includes a central low door situated between the bays. All the windows are single light, deeply set sash and case windows with plate glass glazing. The house has sandstone skews and a ridge, along with substantial end stacks and thackstanes. The roof, covered with graded slate, is in poor condition, and the property also includes cast-iron rainwater goods.
