Description

Probably early 19th century. 2 storeys, with centre-doored

3-bay N elevation to Conchie's Court, 2-bay W elevation (also

with door) to Downie's Wynd linked by curved bay with shop

window. Stugged ashlar with polished margins.

Panelled doors with decorative fanlights; small-paned sash

windows (1 blind). Corniced stacks; slate roof.

Interior: many 19th century features survive; 2 fine

cast-iron fireplaces, one with gothic detailing; original

timber scale and platt stair; panelled doors in architraves;

moulded cornice plasterwork.
