Description
Glendivan is an earlier or mid-19th century farmhouse, originally a 3-bay design. It is a single-storey building with an attic. The walls are constructed of rubble with contrasting ashlar dressings and chamfered margins to the south gable, which has been rendered. The windows are sash windows with lying-pane glazing on the north and west elevations, although one window is now 4-pane. The west elevation features an advanced and gabled inner bay. A recessed panelled door with a fanlight sits within moulded reveals, with a bipartite window above the door. Single windows are present in the outer bays. The east elevation has a double-gabled design. Axial stacks are present, one corniced and the other brick. The eaves are bracketed, and the roof is covered in graded slates.
