Description

Early to earlier 19th century. Single storey, 5-bay (3-1-1) cottage painted rubble. Projecting cills. Mainly 2-light windows.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: boarded door in penultimate bay to left. Windows in remaining bays.

E ELEVATION: window at centre.

W ELEVATION: single-light window slightly to left of centre.

S ELEVATION: 5 bays (2-2-1) grouped to left and centre. Door in penultimate bay to left. Windows in remaining bays; narrow top-hopper window in bay to right of centre. Modern sun porch adjoined to right.

Timber and lead diamond-pane glazing in casement windows. Piended roof. 3 evenly spaced painted rubble ridge stacks, with concrete copes. Slightly graded grey slates. Red sandstone ridges. Octagonal can to each stack.
