30 Ednam Street, Annan

30 Ednam Street in Annan is a building likely dating from around 1820. It is two storeys tall with a symmetrical seven-bay front, consisting of two houses flanking a central pend with a basket arch. The exterior is made of droved red ashlar with polished margins. Each house has its door in the bay closest to the pend, and there are alternate blind windows on the first floor. The sash windows feature 12-pane glazing on the left, while the right side has had its astragals removed. Inside, there are shutters with raised and fielded panels. The building has straight skews, and the end stacks have been rebuilt in brick, topped with a slate roof.

At the rear, there is a small courtyard enclosed by a high wall made of rubble with ashlar coping. Additionally, there are two small whitewashed rubble outbuildings located to the south.
