Description
This is a late 18th-century cottage, built as a single storey with an irregular four-bay facade. It is constructed from painted rubble stone. The front features a door positioned slightly left of centre, flanked to the right by aluminium-framed plate glass windows and a timber garage door. The cottage has slate roofs. It is designated as part of a group, sharing group value with numbers 50-54 and 45-47 Victoria Street.
