Description

This is a late 18th century cottage located at 50 Victoria Street, Kirkpatrick Durham. It is a single-storey, three-bay structure built with painted rubble. The cottage has a central doorway topped with a narrow fanlight, and single-light sash windows with 12 panes of glass in each. It is topped by slate roofs, with skews and corniced axial stacks. The building forms part of a group of buildings at numbers 50-54 and 45-47 Victoria Street.
