Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay classical style rectangular-plan building with shop at ground floor. Painted render. Decorative consoles to shopfront cornice; cill course to 1st floor windows; thin coupled pilasters divide bays at 1st floor; banded rustication between pilasters; dentilled cornice; corniced parapet; sunken panels to dies; stalk-topped ball finials on pedestals aligned above dies.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to modern shopfront at ground floor; entrance to outer left. Regular fenestration at 1st floor.

Textured square-paned glazing to 3 sets of 6-block windows at 1st floor (louvres to upper section of central bay). Roof (unseen 1997).

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
