Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay T-plan house with shopfront at ground. Painted render at entrance elevation; rubble to sides. Base course; corniced band course; channelled quoins; moulded pedimented doorpiece breaking corniced band course; roll moulded windows at 1st floor with cill brackets.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrances to outer left and left of centre; timber and glass doors; single window dividing entrances to left; single window and double-width window to outer right at ground. Regular fenestration at 1st. Extended depth and cast-iron balcony to penultimate window to right at 1st floor.

Modern glazing at ground; plate glass timber sash and case windows at 1st floor; Velux rooflights. Grey slate roof; skews; gablehead and apex coped rendered stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
