Description

This footbridge, likely built around 1880, spans the River Annan and is located within the Hoddom Castle Policies. It features red ashlar abutments that are rusticated at the base, with identical rectangular piers that are coped and have a blank crest on the outer face. The superstructure is framed in wrought iron, showcasing lattice-patterned straight parapets and timber decking. The bridge consists of five flat spans, each supported by pairs of cast-iron columns.
