Description
This is probably an early 19th-century house. It is two storeys high and has three bays at the front, with twin-gabled wings extending to the rear (north). The house is built of rubble with ashlar dressings, and has painted margins creating a contrasting effect.
The south elevation features a modern boarded and glazed entrance door in the centre. The first floor has square windows, one of which is blind. The windows are sash windows with a vertical glazing pattern on the first floor. A moulded narrow eaves cornice runs along the top. A central axial stack has a cavetto cornice and the roof is hipped, covered with graduated slates.
Walls may have been heightened at some point. Outbuildings are not included in the listing.
