Description
Clauchrie is a late 18th century single-storey cottage with a central door and three bays. It was raised by one storey, likely in the early 19th century. The building features painted rubble with stugged dressings at the first floor. A pedimented porch from the mid-19th century includes a boarded door with a fanlight, and the windows are 12-pane sashes. The skews are widened below the end stacks, and the roof is covered with graded slates.
