Description
Auchenrennie is a single-storey cottage from the late 18th or early 19th century, featuring a central door and three bays. It is situated on a slope and was extended by one bay to the north in the late 19th century. A single-bay shed is attached to the south gable. The cottage is constructed of whitewashed rubble with margins, while the extension has stugged dressings. It includes a gabled timber porch and sash windows, with mostly lying panes, and the extension has 12 panes. There are end stacks, and the shed door has brick jambs. The roof is covered with diamond-patterned stone slabs.
