Description
Meadowbank is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the mid to late 19th century, featuring a continuous two-bay extension at the south gable, all constructed as one unit. The building is made of rubble with tooled rubble dressings. It has a central door set in a shallow projecting gabled porch with a segmental-headed entrance, and there is an additional doorway in the outer right (south) bay. The windows have 12-pane glazing, and the cottage has ridge and end stacks beneath a slate roof. A drystone garden wall surrounds the property.
