Description
3 High Street in Moffat is a building dating from around 1900. It is two stories tall with an attic and features three bays facing High Street, along with a gabled angle towards Churchgate. The structure is built of snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. The ground floor contains two shops, one of which has a corner entrance with a tripartite design, while the other has two single-light windows on the first floor facing High Street, all topped with cornices. The corner features a corbelled rectangular tripartite bay with sidelights, and above it is a round-headed light in a gable that has a finial. The roof is slated and includes two pedimented bipartite dormers on the High Street side.
