95-99 High Street, Burntisland

95-99 High Street in Burntisland is a mid-19th century building with later alterations from the 19th century at the ground level. It is a two-storey structure with an attic and features three bays on the ground floor, serving as a shop with a dwelling above. The ground floor is finished in painted, rusticated ashlar, while the upper section is dressed ashlar. The building has a base, first floor, and eaves courses, along with a mutulated cornice.

The south elevation facing High Street is symmetrical. It has a central elliptical-arched shop window flanked by round-headed doorways, which have deep-set doors with ornate fanlights. There are two windows on the first floor and a later double dormer window on the right side of the roof pitch. The ground floor has fixed plate glass glazing, while modern pivot windows are used elsewhere. The roof is covered in grey slates, with ashlar coped skews and a truncated central stack that runs parallel with the ridge.
