Description

Mid 19th century, later 19th century alterations at ground. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay at ground, shop with dwelling over. Painted, rusticated ashlar at ground, dressed ashlar above; base, 1st floor and eaves courses, mutuled cornice.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Centre eliptical-arched shop window flanked by round-headed doorways, deep-set doors with ornate fanlight, 2 windows at 1st floor and later double dormer window to right of roof pitch.

Fixed plate glass glazing at ground, modern pivot windows elsewhere. Grey slates. Ashlar coped skews and truncated centre stack (running parallel with ridge).
