Description

Mid to later 19th century, altered at ground. 3-storey and attic, 4-bay shop with small tenement above. Stugged ashlar (part-painted) with stone cills. Eaves course.

SE (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: modern shops to ground, chamfered angle to outer right; 4 windows to each floor above, those to bays 1, 2 and 3 at 1st floor with decorative cast-iron balconies; 3 rounded, slated dormer windows above.

4- and 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows, fixed? plate glass glazing to 1st floor outer right and dormers. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans, and ashlar-coped skews.
