78 High Street, Leven

76 High Street in Leven is a late 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay small terrace of shops. The building features an arcaded curtain wall window on the first floor, which serves a restaurant. It is harled with stone cills and has a ground floor fascia band and cornice, along with a cill course and eaves cornice on the first floor. The windows are segmental-headed with timber mullions.

On the southeast elevation facing High Street, No 76A has a traditional shop front that includes an incanted doorway and a pilastered display window. Nos 74 and 76 have modern shopfronts, while the first floor showcases a continuous arcaded window with 13 lights arranged in groups of 5-4-4, separated by pilasters, and a further single light clasping the return to the left.

The first-floor windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing, while the ground floor has fixed display windows. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar-coped skews.
