Description
These gatepiers and screen walls, likely designed around 1830 and possibly by William Burn, are situated at Raehills. They consist of a pair of cylindrical, castellated gatepiers constructed from red ashlar. These piers are linked by screen walls, with the eastern screen wall connected to the parapet of St Ann's bridge. The wrought-iron gates are probably from the early 20th century. The gatepiers and screen walls form a group with St Ann's Bridge.
