Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular plan villa. Painted harl. Base course; architraved windows.

S ELEVATION: pilastered and corniced entrance doorway; 4-panel timber door; letterbox fanlight. Single window to 1st floor above and to both floors of flanking bays. Flat roofed modern extension to outer right.

4-pane timber sash and case glazing. Replacement concrete-tiled roof; coped stack to E; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALLS, RAILINGS AND GATE: low boundary wall with original railings and gate at central pedestrian entrance.
