Description
Rowanlea is an early 19th century, late Georgian building consisting of two adjoining two-storey houses that form an L-shape, with rear extensions filling the angle. Each house features three bays and is constructed from stugged red coursers. The gable end of Rowanlea projects slightly beyond the front of Dunibert, and each house has a central pilastered doorpiece. Throughout the building, there are sash windows with a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roofs are slate, with saw-toothed skews and end stacks.
