Description
Wakes Colne Place is a late 17th century to early 19th century two-storey house designed in an L-shape. It is constructed from gault brick and features pilastered corners, a dentilled cornice, and a parapet. The north front has a range of four small pane sash windows set in exposed boxes, while the east face has two large bow windows on the ground floor, with a four-window range above that mirrors the style of the north front. The ground floor also includes three windows alongside a wide front door, which is adorned with fluted pilasters and a flat hood. The roofs are hipped and tiled, and there are three chimney stacks. At the rear, the house has two wings with gable roofs.
