Description

The Cottage is a 18th century building that likely has earlier timber framing and rendering. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with a lean-to on the south side made of painted brick. The north front features a central lean-to porch flanked by two pairs of hornless six-pane sash windows in exposed boxes. On the first storey, there are two matching sash windows with a round-headed window between them. The east end has two sash windows, with the lower one featuring marginal glazing bars. The roof is hipped, covered with peg tiles, and has coved eaves.
