Description

The statue of Robert Bruce is located on High Street in Lochmaben. It was created by the sculptor J Hutchison RSA from Edinburgh and is dated 1879. The statue is made of stone and is raised on a corniced plinth made of light grey granite, which features a stepped and bull-faced base.
