Description
The Old Post Office, located at 6-12 Bank Street in Alloa, was designed by Adam Frame and built in 1882. This Victorian Renaissance building is three stories tall and features five windows, with the first and third windows being tripartite. The exterior is constructed of ashlar stone and includes pedimented dormer heads. Unfortunately, the savings bank section on the ground floor has been refaced.
