62-66 Warrender Park Road, Edinburgh

62-66 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, five-bay tenement block designed by Thomas P Marwick in 1888. The building is constructed from squared and snecked bull-faced cream sandstone, accented with pink ashlar dressings. It features two canted outer bays topped with finialled, conical, slated roofs. A cill course runs along the second floor, and there is a stepped corbel course at the fourth floor.

The entrance includes three timber panelled doors, with border-glazed fanlights above, leading to a central stair and flanking ground floor flats. The windows are predominantly stone-mullioned with chamfered reveals, and there are two triangular-pedimented dormers that break the eaves.

The windows are mainly plate glass set in timber sash and case frames, and the roof is covered with graded grey slates. There is a corbelled stack on the left side at the second floor, along with ridge stacks that have circular cans. Additionally, there is a cast iron downpipe with its original hopper.
