19 Station Road, Kirkliston Village

19 Station Road is a single-storey, asymmetrical 5-bay cottage built around 1860, which is now used as an office. It is part of a terrace and has a rectangular plan. The exterior is made of stugged, squared, and snecked sandstone with droved margins, raised cills, and a base course.

On the west (main) elevation, there is a large window in the outer left bay and a door to the right, which is a two-leaf design with a letterbox fanlight. The centre features a narrow window with a large window flanking it to the right, and there is another window in the outer right bay. The roof has bargeboarded dormers, including a single dormer window with a segmental head at the centre and bipartite gabled dormers on either side.

The lower section of the windows is made of plate glass, with a fixed 12-pane upper section. The window immediately to the right of the door has plate glass with a 4-pane fixed sash above it. The outer left bay features a sash and case window with a 4-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with grey slate and has ashlar coping at the skews, along with a corniced end stack that has two octagonal cans.
