Description
17 High Street in Kirkliston Village is a single-storey terraced house built in 1805. It has a five-bay, asymmetrical, rectangular plan and features rough harling with ashlar margins and a base course.
On the north (main) elevation, there is a narrow door located in the penultimate bay to the left, which is panelled and has a letterbox fanlight above it. There are windows to both the left and right of the door, and a raised plaque inscribed "AMULREE 1805" is located in the blank penultimate bay to the right. There is also a window in the outer right bay.
The house has replacement 12-pane sash and case windows and is topped with a grey slate roof.
