Dated 1805. Single storey, 5-bay, asymmetrical, rectangular-plan terraced house. Rough harled; ashlar margins. Base course.

N (MAIN) ELEVATION: narow door penultimate bay to left; panelled with letterbox fanlight. Window to left and right. Raised plaque inscribed AMULREE 1805 in blank penultimate bay to right. Window to outer right bay.

Replacement 12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof.
