Description

Circa 1835 and 1870. Mirrored pair of 2-storey 3-bay terraced houses. Cream ashlar sandstone (No 46 painted); base course; cill course to 1st floor cornice and blocking course. Regular fenestration; architraves to ground floor windows.

Corniced doorcases to outer bays; moulded architrave to No 46, broad surround to No 48; rectangular fanlights. Canted piend-roofed dormer to No 48.

Timber windows; 12-pane sash and case to No 48. Grey slates; ashlar-coped skews. Ashlar stacks, 1 rendered.

WALLS: low rubble front walls with saddleback ashlar coping; coped rubble side wall.
