Description

Circa 1780; interior remodelled 2008 by The Burrell Company Ltd. 2-storey, 3-bay, symmetrical detached classical villa with later small single storey wing to left (S). Coursed and squared random rubble with some droved ashlar quoins and painted ashlar surrounds. Corniced eaves course with shallow blocking course over. Main entrance to centre with narrow rectangular fanlight and corniced surround. Deep moulded architraved surrounds to windows at E elevation. 3 small rooflights.

W (REAR) ELEVATION: advanced curved stair tower to left (N) and prominent nepus gable off-centre to right (S). Irregular fenestration.

Predominantly 12-pane in timber sash and case windows. Pitched roof with broad sandstone copes and sandstone ridge; grey slates. Coped rubble gable end stacks; some octagonal clay cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: redeveloped as modern residential dwelling 2008.
