Description
St Dunstan's House is a classical villa built around the 1840s. It is two stories high and has three bays, featuring a front made of stugged ashlar with a polished ashlar centre door-piece. The entrance is round-headed and includes a cornice and blocking course fanlight. Above the entrance, there is a tripartite window on the first floor. The eaves course has a block pediment supported by corbels at the centre. The roof is slated and bellcast, with square corniced stacks on the flanks. There is a large modern window on the right side of the ground floor and a significant modern single-storey extension to the west.
