4 Easter Belmont Road, Edinburgh

4 Easter Belmont Road is a 2-storey L-plan house built in 1933 by Kininmonth & Spence, situated on a sloping site and featuring a garage at the basement level. The exterior is finished in rendered brick with overhanging eaves.

On the south elevation, steps lead up to a broad round-arched opening that leads into a recessed porch at the center. The porch has pantiles set in to create a hoodmould, and there is a segmental-arched doorway with a glazed door. Above this, a tripartite window is located on the first floor. The garage is positioned in a bay to the outer right, with an angled stair window above it. To the left, there is a 2-storey flat-roofed wing with a bowed end, featuring first-floor windows set in a recessed panel.

The north elevation shows the wing advanced to the left, with four windows at ground level and a small lean-to. There are two additional windows at ground level on the right return, along with two bipartite dormers above. A tall window is present in the main house, with a flat-roofed wing adjoining to the right.

The east elevation displays an irregular arrangement and size of windows across the basement, ground, and first floors, with steps leading up to a secondary entrance.

The windows are timber lying pane sash and case style. The roof is covered with dark grey pantiles, featuring ridge and wallhead stacks.

Inside, the house includes a circular entrance hall.
