Description

B N H Orphoot, 1928. 2-storey, near rectangular-plan villa. Textured white render (probably replacing original cement render); swept eaves.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: advanced symmetrical gabled bay offset to right: advanced doorpiece with bipartite windows flanking; splayed doorway; deep-set panelled door; corniced stair window above with single windows flanking; small single window set in gablehead. Irregular size and distribution of windows to left and right of advanced bay. Fixed and casement steel windows with small-pane glazing. Grey pantiled piend-roofed garage detached to E.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
