Wellhouse, 3 Easter Belmont Road, Edinburgh

Wellhouse is a 2-storey villa built in 1928, featuring a near rectangular plan. The exterior is finished in textured white render, which likely replaces the original cement render, and has swept eaves.

The entrance elevation has an advanced symmetrical gabled bay that is offset to the right. This bay includes an advanced doorpiece with bipartite windows on either side, a splayed doorway, and a deep-set panelled door. Above the door is a corniced stair window, flanked by single windows. The windows to the left and right of the advanced bay vary in size and distribution. The villa features fixed and casement steel windows with small-pane glazing. To the east, there is a detached garage with a grey pantiled piend roof.

The interior was not seen in 2001.
