Description

Orphoot, Whiting & Bryce, 1928. 2-storey, near rectangular-plan villa in mixed Arts and Crafts/Continental style; subdivided. Cream harling. Swept overhanging eaves.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: advanced open arcaded loggia; boarded door; roof above swept down over loggia with gabled dormer. 2-storey gabled bay to outer left; single window at ground; tripartite window at 1st floor. Windows at both floors in 2 bays to right of loggia.

E ELEVATION: gabled bay with timber and glass conservatory at ground and 2 windows at 1st floor.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.

Fixed and casement steel-framed windows with small-pane glazing. Grey pantiled roof; 3 coped stacks.
