Description

Circa 1821. 4-storey on raised basement 4-bay classical tenement; 2-storey basement built-out with modern cafe and flat above, continuing raised terrace. Cleaned cream sandstone droved ashlar with polished dressings. Base course; rusticated ground floor with band course above; cill course to 3rd floor; cornice. Regular fenestration.

At principal floor, door beyond outer right bay wit rectangular plate glass fanlight.

Rubble rear elevation.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates; coped ashlar stacks; ashlar coped skews.

Cast-iron spearhead railings to raised street.
