Description

Circa 1790. 3-storey attic and basement, 7-bay classical tenement. Droved cream sandstone ashlar with polished dressings. V-jointed rustication at ground; eaves cornice. Central common stair bay slightly recessed; flanked by main door flats with round-headed tripartite doorpieces with radiating timber fanlights to inner bays. Broad 4-light box-dormer to left, piend-roofed canted pair to right.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Ashlar coped skews; grey slates; rendered stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

RAILINGS: spearhead cast-iron railings.
