Description

Circa 1790. 3-storey basement and attic, 6-bay former classical tenement. Droved cream sandstone ashlar with polished dressings; partly stone cleaned. V-jointed rustication at ground; eaves cornice. Arched doorway with plate glass fanlight at centre. Left bay slightly recessed for common stair (No 13). Full-width slate-hung corniced dormer with pair of canted windows flanking central window.

Timber sash and case 12-pane windows. Ashlar coped skews; rendered stacks; grey slates.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.

RAILINGS AND LAMP STANDARD: cast-iron spearhead railings and single cast-iron lamp standard.
