11, 13, 15 East Preston Street, Edinburgh

11, 13, and 15 East Preston Street is a classical tenement building from the later 19th century. It stands four storeys high with nine bays at the ground level and eight bays on the upper floors, all arranged symmetrically. The building is constructed from cream sandstone ashlar, featuring rustication at the ground level on the principal elevation, while the rear is made of rubble. There is a base course, a band course, and cill courses for the first and third floor windows, topped with a cornice.

On the northern entrance elevation, there are doorways located in bays 3, 5, and 7, each with panelled doors and plate glass fanlights above. The fenestration is regular above these doorways, with blind windows on the floors above ground to the left of centre. The windows are predominantly original 6-pane timber sash and case, with some featuring plate glass. The roof is pitched and covered with grey slate, featuring coped ridge stacks that are rendered to the west and moulded cans. The street has replacement railings.
