1 Wester Dalmeny Farm Cottages, Main Street, Dalmeny

2 Wester Dalmeny Farm Cottages is a mid-19th century single-storey terrace originally consisting of three cottages, now converted into two. The building features stugged and squared sandstone walls with polished ashlar dressings and long and short quoins.

On the south elevation, there is a plain timber part-glazed door at the center of each cottage, with the outer left door now blocked. To the right, there is a bipartite window, and to the left, a single window in the outer right and outer left cottages. The central cottage has a bipartite window to the left and a single window to the right.

The west elevation is blank and has a later lean-to addition, with modern timber doors on the west and south sides.

The north elevation is harled and features a pair of gabled wings flanking the center, forming an M-roof, with additional piend-roofed wings on the outer left and right.

The east elevation is blank. The cottages have timber sash and case windows, a graded grey slate roof, cast-iron rainwater goods, harled ridge and gablehead stacks with circular cans, and ashlar skews.
