North Lodge, Gogar Bank House, Gogar Station Road, Edinburgh

North Lodge at Gogar Bank House, located on Gogar Station Road in Edinburgh, is an earlier 19th-century single-storey lodge with a rectangular plan and a flat-roofed addition to the west. The building is constructed from stugged, squared, and snecked honey-coloured sandstone, featuring ashlar dressings. It has bipartite windows with chamfered reveals that are deeply set, along with quoins and broad eaves.

The east elevation is symmetrical, with a central door that is now bricked up and flanked by windows. The north elevation has a window at the center and a flat-roofed addition at the rear, which includes a boarded door and two small windows to the left.

The lodge features plate-glass sash and case windows, a grey slate piended roof with lead flashings, and a corniced ridge stack with an arch bridging at the neck.
