Description

125, 127, and 127A Rose Street in Edinburgh is a building constructed by 1780, featuring later alterations at the ground level. It is a two-storey, four-bay house located on a corner site, with two shops at the ground floor flanking a common stair door. The exterior is made of coursed rubble and includes a gable at the center. There is a return gable with a small window on the first floor, and a three-storey, two-bay block to the north.

The building has 12-pane timber sash and case windows, with ashlar coped skews, coped rubble stacks, and a roof covered in grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
