Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with L-plan wing to rear. Squared, cream sandstone rubble, stugged and coursed to S elevation, ashlar dressings. Base course; raised margins; quoin strips; overhanging bracketted eaves.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway to centre with decorative timber canopy porch. Windows flanking.

W (SIDE/SUFFOLK STREET) ELEVATION: 2 widely spaced windows. 12-lying-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, coped sandstone stacks; flat-roofed slate-hung dormer to centre with gabled dormers flanking to S.
