Description

The gateway at Kiloran Farm in Colonsay dates from the earlier 19th century and is constructed of rubble. It features a segmental arch and has a pediment above, which includes a high ashlar chimney that serves no functional purpose. The gateway is flanked by screen walls that have blind pointed arches.
