Description

The gateway at Kippilaw House likely dates from the early 19th century. It features square-plan ashlar gatepiers that are topped with pyramidally-coped caps, and have a fluted frieze and cornice. The gateway includes two-leaf timber gates. Additionally, there are semicircular-coped rubble quadrant walls that are complemented by pyramidally-coped, square section ashlar outer piers.
