Description

This building is a lodge located at Rosehill, 15 North Latch Road in Brechin, dating from the early 19th century. It has a harled exterior with margins and is a single-storey rectangular structure. The roof is low-pitched with a bell cast and bracketed eaves. There are two windows on each side of the building, except for the east side, which has a door on the south side. At the east end, there is a polygonal ashlar chimney stack.
