Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement in irregular terrace with shop at ground. Later brick built addition to rear. Painted ashlar to front. Eaves band course.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: pend entrance to right, large plate glass shop window to left. 3-bay 1st floor with centre window blocked. Large canted 5-light dormer above.

N ELEVATION: adjoining and connecting with 27-31 Murray Street.

S ELEVATION: adjoining 37-41 Murray Street.

E ELEVATION: pend to left, window above pend entrance. Brick built addition to right, 2 doors, 1 boarded window, 1 blocked window, door at ground and 2 windows at 1st floor opening on pend.

Timber sash and case windows, 4-pane at 1st floor. Grey slate to pitched roof and piended addition. Stone skews. Brick stack on party wall to N and brick wall head stack to addition.
