Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house in irregular terrace, brick, part-harl part-render, stone cills.

N ELEVATION: lined render, door at ground off-set to left, boarded window to right, 3 windows at 1st floor symmetrically placed.

W ELEVATION: adjoining 2 Upper Hall Street.

E ELEVATION: harled blank gable end, pilastered and corniced doorpiece to left in boundary wall.

S ELEVATION: projecting addition to right.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; harled gablehead stacks to W and E.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.

BOUNDARY WALL: brick, harled wall to E enclosing courtyard.
